Robert B. Linder is the principle and founding partner of the firm which is dedicated exclusively to representing seriously injured individuals resulting from auto accidents, slip & falls, trucking accidents, workplace accidents, product defects, dog bites and medical malpractice.

Mr. Linder has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients over the years. Mr. Linder has extensive legal experience representing victims of accidents throughout the State of New Jersey. Robert B. Linder is recognized for his extraordinary results in representing clients in all aspects of the litigation process both in State Court and Federal Court.

Mr. Linder was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the New Jersey Federal District Court in 1988. Mr. Linder is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Bergen County Bar Association, and the National Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. Mr. Linder is a graduate of Union College, Schenectady, New York, and Capital University School of Law, Columbus Ohio.
